We recommend booking 1–3 weeks in advance, especially on weekends.
Last-minute bookings are possible depending on availability.
How long does the Picnic Lounge last?
Our standard packages include 2 hours, plus free setup and pack-down time.
If you need extra time, you can extend your booking for an additional fee.
Do you deliver to my location?
Yes! We deliver across Gold Coast, Brisbane and surrounding areas.
Just send us your location and we’ll confirm availability.
Can I choose a theme or colours?
Absolutely. We can customise the setup to match your preferred style, colours or event theme.

Is food included?
Food is not included, but you are welcome to bring your own snacks or catering.

What happens if it rains?
If your event is outdoors and bad weather is expected, you can:
- Move it to an indoor location, or
- Reschedule to another available date, free of charge.
We will always help you find the best solution.
How much space do I need?
Our setups fit in most backyards, parks and open areas.
Minimum recommended space:
3m x 3m
